Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Christian Dumoulin (web development, SEO, photography, content strategy, consulting), through his cooperative structure.

Any order or quote request implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

A detailed quote is provided before the start of any service.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

The order is confirmed upon acceptance of the quote and payment of the agreed deposit.

Prices are in euros (€) excluding taxes.

Payment terms are specified in each quote.

A 30-50% deposit may be required depending on the nature and size of the project.

The balance is due upon delivery of the services, unless an installment plan is agreed.

Completion deadlines are indicated in the quote or agreed schedule.

Failure to meet deadlines by the client (late provision of necessary elements) may result in automatic postponement.

If required elements are not received within 30 days, the project may be suspended.

Final deliverables (websites, photographs, strategies) are transferred to the client upon full payment.

Amory Studio retains the right to mention and display the work in its portfolio, unless a confidentiality clause applies.

Code, mockups and preparatory documents remain the property of Amory Studio.

Amory Studio undertakes to perform services diligently and in accordance with professional best practices.

Amory Studio's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant service.

Amory Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, image damage, etc.).

Obligations are suspended in case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, major technical failure, etc.).

Each party will inform the other as soon as possible.

Confidential information shared within the project scope remains strictly confidential.

This obligation continues for 2 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

Failing that, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of Christian Dumoulin's registered office.
